The chairs arrived ahead of schedule and seemed fine, only problem was the color. The photo appeared much lighter than the actual chairs.
The seller was prompt in answering my concerns and was allowing me to return the product with no stocking fee.
I would do business with this seller again.

I ordered the gold ochre but the color I received was darker like the more expensive vienna gold chairs. Still very nice though. Comfortable once put together. Some minor scratches on legs but nothing I would consider damaged. I would recommend to keep all bolts loose prior to tightening them. Also sit in chair before last final tightening to make sure legs are all level. An allen wrench is included but I found it much easier to use my own ratchet screwdriver wrench. I would recommend these chairs. They do sit up a little higher than expected but there is enough table clearance luckily.

I bought two sets of these chairs at a reduced price to what Cozy Street had posted them at on Amazon previously. I figured they were now cheap enough to take a chance on since sending them back would be a huge pain in the neck. They were packaged well and in good condition, the color is a deep gold and the seats seem well padded. The problem I found is once they are assembled the legs are uneven with one leg on each chair short by 1/4th of an inch up to 1 inch on two chairs. There are screws on the bottom of each leg to adjust for slight rocking in case a chair leg is slightly shorter, these screws are not sturdy enough to adjust for 1 inch of missing leg length. I was pretty ticked off and sent an email to Cozy Street telling them the chairs are not safe or usable with the adjustment screw extended so far on one leg of every chair. I also told them I would call the manufacturer about how they can sell defective chairs to unsuspecting Amazon customers.
P.S.
This is an update to my review. The seller, Cozy Street was prompt in calling me back. He told me to loosen the screws in all four legs and have someone sit on the chair to get the seat level and all four legs evenly touching the floor and then tighten all the screws. He told me that this is how they balance these chair legs. I will give it a try and let you know how that works out. I would recommend measuring both front legs to make sure they are the same length before you begin assembly. Cozy Street furniture did say they would send more legs if the lengths did not match. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded to my email. Seems like a lot of time could be saved if they included a note with the assembly instructions to let people know how to balance very uneven chairs.
