I have wheat and dairy allergies and I have yet to find a protein formula that does not tear my stomach apart. I tried the soy protein formula's and the soy proteins did not seem to help me recover after long rides and they seemed hard to digest. The designs for health whey cool protein formula has the special whey which provides great recovery properties and is easy for me to digest. I highly recommend this product.

We've been making smoothies with the vanilla flavor for a month now. My daughter, who doesn't eat anything in the morning before school, will drink this in a smoothie. She's very particular about how things taste, she likes sweet things only, and this is acceptable to her. I'm happy because she's getting some protein in the morning. The rest of us drink it along with breakfast, and are very pleased. It mixes well and tastes good. I'm happy that the ingredients do not include sweeteners other than xylitol and stevia.
My only complaint is that it is very expensive. The 900g for $69 lasts us for approx. one month, with 4 of us drinking approx 7 oz per day each, 5 days per week. We use one heaping scoop (30g) per day for all of us, which means we each get 6g of protein. I would like to use more, but it's too costly!

I purchased this product a month ago for $49.99 and now it's $69.99? It tasted OK, but I can't say it's worth the high price; there are other good protein powders available for far less.
